Christmas Voucher Promotion – Purchase 3 vouchers & get cheapest 1 FREE

 

Promotion Period:

  • The promotion is valid from 29 November 2024 to 31 December 2024

Eligibility:

  • The promotion is open to all customers who purchase three vouchers within the
    specified period.

Voucher Inclusions:

  • Purchase 3 or more vouchers and get the cheapest 1 FREE.

Purchased Voucher Usage:

  • Spa facilities are not available to clients who only have grooming treatments i.e. Nail Bar and waxing. Use of facilities can be purchased for an additional R300 for the day, subject to availability.

  • Voucher may be used any day of the week (Monday-Friday).

FREE Voucher Usage:

  • Valid Monday – Friday.

  • 6 months validity , Can only be redeemed from 01 January 2025.

  • Spa facilities are not available to clients who only have grooming treatments i.e. Nail Bar and waxing. Use of facilities can be purchased for an additional R300 for the day, subject to availability.

Voucher Types:

  • The promotion is applicable to all voucher types available at Life Day Spa.

Exclusions:

  • The promotion cannot be combined or purchased with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • Existing memberships or credits on accounts cannot be used to purchase this promotion.

Payment:

  • Full payment for the vouchers is required upfront to qualify for the 3 for 2 offers.
  • Vouchers may be purchased online or instore.

Refunds and Transfers:

  • Vouchers are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another individual but cannot be converted to cash.

Booking and Availability:

  • Voucher redemptions are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended.

Modification or Cancellation:

  • Life Day Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

  • Life Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

General Conditions:

  • The standard terms and conditions of Life Day Spa apply to all voucher purchases and redemptions.
  • Life Day Spa vouchers can be used at any of the Life Day Spa branches, regardless of which branch it was originally purchased from.
  • This voucher needs to be kept safe as it will need to be presented upon redemption as proof.

Validity Extension:

  • Vouchers purchased under this promotion may not be extended beyond their original validity date.

Discretionary Authority:

  • Life Day Spa reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if the terms and conditions are not met.
  • Voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with South African Consumer Protection Act regulations, unless stipulated otherwise.
  • No children under 16 years of age permitted.
  • A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation/rescheduling not be made in time, full treatment fee will apply and voucher will be seen as redeemed.
  • Vouchers that have any specific treatments, promotions or discount specified on the voucher may not be used to purchase any promotions, memberships, or discounted items of any kind. Unless stipulated otherwise.
  • Monetary (Full Price) Vouchers may be used to purchase products. Vouchers purchased at a discounted rate, promotion or complimentary are not eligible for product purchases.  Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase and are subject to verification.  This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Life Day Spa.
  • Voucher proof is required prior to any acceptance of or scheduling of a booking.
  • Voucher redemption is subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • If the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the treatment or product, no cash or credit will be issued for the balance. The remaining value will remain on the voucher for future use, subject to the expiry date.
  • Where a Spa has complimentary facilities, please note these are not available to clients who only have grooming treatments i.e. Manicure/Pedicure and waxing. Use of facilities can be purchased for an additional cost for the day.
  • All prices and treatments are subject to change without notice – A voucher’s value will be evaluated based on the date the voucher was purchased and the cost of the treatment at that time. The holder of the voucher will be liable for any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day that the voucher is presented or if the treatment is no longer available.
  • Vouchers are inclusive of VAT but do not cover gratuities or additional fees unless explicitly stated.
  • Life Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement of lost or stolen vouchers will not be facilitated.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Upgrades are allowed at an additional cost.
