Mother’s Day Promotion – Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

Promotion Period:

  • Valid from 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all customers who purchase qualifying vouchers within the promotional period.

  • Promotion Structure

    • Spend R500 → Receive R100 complimentary voucher
    • Spend R1 000 → Receive R220 complimentary voucher
    • Spend R2 000 → Receive R500 complimentary voucher

Complimentary Voucher

  • Valid for use Monday to Friday only.
  • Complimentary vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Complimentary vouchers may only be redeemed at the spa where they were purchased.
  • Voucher value is applicable as stipulated; any additional treatments, services, or upgrades will incur an additional cost.
  • Membership discounts or balances may not be used to purchase vouchers.
  • No refunds will be issued for complimentary vouchers.
  • Spa facilities are not included for clients receiving only grooming treatments (such as nail bar or waxing services). Use of facilities may be purchased separately for R300 per day, subject to availability.
  • No children under the age of 16 are permitted within the spa facilities.
  • A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment fee being charged and the voucher being considered redeemed.
  • Complimentary vouchers tied to specific treatments, promotions, or discounts may not be used to purchase other promotions, memberships, or discounted products, unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Full-price monetary vouchers may be used to purchase products. Complimentary or discounted vouchers are not eligible for product purchases.
  • Complimentary vouchers must be presented prior to appointment scheduling or redemption.
  • Voucher redemption is subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
  • If the cost of the selected treatment exceeds the voucher value, the balance will be payable by the client.
  • If the treatment cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be credited to your spa account (valid until the original voucher expiry date).
  • Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. If the treatment is no longer available or has increased in price, the voucher holder will be liable for any shortfall.
  • Complimentary vouchers include VAT but exclude gratuities and additional fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Life Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Upgrades to different treatments or packages are permitted at an additional cost.

Purchased Voucher Terms

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
  • May be used any day of the week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and may be transferred but not exchanged for cash.
  • May be used at any Life Day Spa branch, regardless of where purchased.
  • Full payment is required upfront.
  • Spa facilities are not included for grooming-only treatments (i.e. nail bar or waxing). Facility use may be added for R300 per day, subject to availability.
  • Vouchers may not be purchased using membership discounts or existing credit balances.
  • Redemption is subject to availability. Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
  • A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the voucher being forfeited.
  • If the value of the voucher exceeds the treatment value, the balance remains on the voucher for future use (within validity).
  • If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the balance will be payable by the client.
  • Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.

      Discretionary Authority:

      • Life Day Spa reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if the terms and conditions are not met.
      • Voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with South African Consumer Protection Act regulations, unless stipulated otherwise.
      • No children under 16 years of age permitted.
      • A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation/rescheduling not be made in time, full treatment fee will apply and voucher will be seen as redeemed.
      • Vouchers that have any specific treatments, promotions or discount specified on the voucher may not be used to purchase any promotions, memberships, or discounted items of any kind. Unless stipulated otherwise.
      • Monetary (Full Price) Vouchers may be used to purchase products. Vouchers purchased at a discounted rate, promotion or complimentary are not eligible for product purchases.  Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase and are subject to verification.  This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Life Day Spa.
      • Voucher proof is required prior to any acceptance of or scheduling of a booking.
      • Voucher redemption is subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
      • If the value of the voucher exceeds the cost of the treatment or product, no cash or credit will be issued for the balance. The remaining value will remain on the voucher for future use, subject to the expiry date.
      • Where a Spa has complimentary facilities, please note these are not available to clients who only have grooming treatments i.e. Manicure/Pedicure and waxing. Use of facilities can be purchased for an additional cost for the day.
      • All prices and treatments are subject to change without notice – A voucher’s value will be evaluated based on the date the voucher was purchased and the cost of the treatment at that time. The holder of the voucher will be liable for any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day that the voucher is presented or if the treatment is no longer available.
      • Vouchers are inclusive of VAT but do not cover gratuities or additional fees unless explicitly stated.
      • Life Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement of lost or stolen vouchers will not be facilitated.
      • Vouchers are non-refundable.
      • Upgrades are allowed at an additional cost.
