We had an incident where my phone fell inside one of the small drainage holes around the pool and we had lost any hopes of retrieving it as the concrete surface was completely cemented in. There came Nicole who stopped at nothing to pull the phone out and after a long while of struggling she finally got it out – Superwoman😌.

My phone is still in good working condition. A special thank you to her and the staff who lended a hand in trying to get my phone out of the drain.
