What's the difference between a package and a single treatment?
A package combines two or more treatments — such as a massage, facial, manicure or floatation session — into one continuous visit at a set price, usually with a saving versus booking each treatment separately.
Are all packages available at every Life Day Spa location?
Most packages are available at all 11 locations, but a few are branch-specific. Top to Toe and Hot Stone Haven are Sandton-only, while Sleep Retreat, Life's Journey, Executive Retreat, Birthday Bash and Tranquil Spa Getaway are not offered at Sandton. Waterfall has its own pricing on several packages, usually excluding lunch.
Can I build my own package?
Yes. Our Create Your Own Package option lets you combine Classic Treatments into a 2, 3 or 4 hour experience. Choose from 30-minute options like an Express Mani, Float or Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, or 60-minute options like a Swedish Massage or Glow Boost Facial.
Do any packages include lunch?
Several full-day packages include a light lunch — including Life's Journey, Executive Retreat, Mindful Recharge and Birthday Bash. Lunch is generally excluded at our Waterfall location, and in some cases at Sandton too, so check the package details for your branch.
How long do spa packages take?
Packages range from 90 minutes (Sleep Retreat, Executive Retreat) up to a full 6-hour day (Life's Journey). Most half-day packages run 2.5 to 4.5 hours, giving you time to relax between treatments.
Which package is best for a birthday or special occasion?
Birthday Bash is designed exactly for this — a Rasul Therapy, Swedish Massage and Manicure & Pedicure with lunch included to celebrate. Life's Journey and Mindful Recharge are also popular for marking a special occasion.
Are packages priced in Rand or Namibian Dollar?
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) at our South African branches. At our Windhoek location in Namibia, the same packages are offered in Namibian Dollar (NAD) at an equivalent rate.
Can I buy a spa package as a gift?
Yes — any spa package can be purchased as a gift voucher through our voucher hub, valid at all 11 Life Day Spa locations across South Africa and Namibia.
