HOCATT
Ozone Therapy
Detox. Recharge. Reset at a cellular level.
What is HOCATT Ozone Therapy?
HOCATT Ozone Therapy is an advanced wet sauna treatment where you relax in our ozone sauna (HOCATT: Hyperthermic Ozone Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology). This therapy delivers ozone through the skin to support detoxification, stimulate the immune system, and promote better circulation and energy.
For the first 1–7 minutes, carbonic acid is used to open the pores and allow deeper absorption, while the far infrared heat raises your core temperature to create an “artificial fever,” supporting improved oxygen flow and cellular function.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I do Ozone Therapy?
This depends on your goals. We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for your first 10 sessions. For stronger results, 4–5 sessions per week is recommended.
What happens if I breathe ozone?
Ozone may irritate the lungs and cause coughing. To prevent this, towels and a neck seal are used to keep ozone inside the unit.
What if I feel claustrophobic?
You can alert an attendant using the monitor in the room and they can assist you immediately.
Will someone be with me throughout the session?
An attendant starts the session, checks in every 10 minutes, and assists you when the session ends.
How will I feel afterwards?
Low ozone and light heat can feel energizing. Higher heat and ozone levels may feel more intense, especially if you are not hydrated.
