Life Day Spa Group – Group Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Group Booking Eligibility
    • Group bookings apply to parties of 4 or more.
    • Group bookings only apply Monday – Friday
    • All participants in the group must book and confirm their packages in advance to qualify for group rates and packages.

 

  1. Booking & Confirmation
    • Group bookings must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
    • To secure a group booking, a 50% deposit is required.
    • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
    • Final confirmation of all details, including participants and package selections, is required at least 48 hours before the appointment.

 

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date to qualify for a refund or to retain the deposit as credit.
    • Cancellations made within less than 12 hours will forfeit the deposit.
    • In the case of a no-show, 100% of the group booking fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

 

  1. Payment Policy
    • A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation via the payment link.
    • The final payment must be made in full on the day of the of treatments.

 

  1. Discount & Offer Validity
    • Group rates and discounts apply as specified in the group booking package.
    • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
    • All treatments must be completed during the scheduled group session to qualify for discounts. Individual rescheduling may impact group pricing and discounts.

 

  1. Changes to Group Booking Packages
    • Life Day Spa reserves the right to modify group booking packages, inclusions, or pricing at any time.
    • Changes will not impact confirmed bookings unless significant adjustments are necessary, in which case, Life Day Spa will notify clients in advance.

 

  1. General Terms
    • All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before treatments.
    • Group booking terms are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
    • Life Day Spa’s general terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services for group bookings.
