Promotion Eligibility

  • This promotion is valid for bookings of a Floatation Session, a Rasul Session, or both.
  • Upon booking one of the eligible sessions/both, guests may bring one partner to enjoy the same session(s) for free.
  • This Promotion is not available at Life Day Spa Sandton.
  • The complimentary session must be enjoyed by the guest’s partner on the same day and at the same time as the paid session.
  • This promotion is available Monday through Thursday only.
  • This promo is not valid for group bookings of 4 or more.
  • Promo is valid for one person only.

Booking & Confirmation

  • This offer is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  • To secure this promotional booking, a 50% deposit may be required upon booking confirmation.
  • Final confirmation of deposit payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain eligibility for the promotion.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of both the complimentary service and the 50% deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit the promotion, the 50% deposit, and may be liable for the remaining balance of the booking fee.

Offer Validity

  • This promotional offer is valid until 28 November 2024.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
  • Any changes to the booking or selected treatment may impact the eligibility for the promotion.

General Terms

  • Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in and relaxation before treatment.
  • This promotional offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and applies only to the designated services within the promotion.
